implementation and launch of Mortgage iQ as their new Enterprise CRM platform,
successfully replacing their Goldmine® software. Ameripath, known for being a

Phase I of the Mortgage iQ
implementation was accomplished by carefully analyzing the daily usage of
Ameripath’s former Goldmine system, and then adding the missing functionality
and user features they sought to achieve. It was important to provide their
users with everything they already had while adding the things that they really
needed to make the CRM system a true success.
