CHRIS KING, CMT - PRESIDENT &
MANAGING PARTNER
Chris King brings over 25 years' experience to the company
in CRM related experience and is responsible for leading
the company's strategic direction and providing guidance
in selecting technology to meet customers' ever changing
business needs.
Prior to
founding CRMnow, Chris spent over 12 years developing strategy
and overseeing the design of technology applications for
CRM with a mid-market software company, Lacerte Software.
He holds a BS in Business-Finance from Long Beach State
University.
With his vast experience in CRM related projects,
Chris is published in numerous publications, has authored
several white papers and is interviewed
and quoted often by industry analysts. He's also
spoken and presented at industry events such as CAMB and MBA
conferences.
He's also recently achieved his
Certified Mortgage Technologist (CMT) designation from the
Mortgage Banker's Association.
JEREMY COUZENS, SENIOR TECHNICAL
ENGINEER/PRODUCT DIRECTOR
Jeremy Couzens manages and oversees all product
and systems engineering design and development.
With a strong background and experience in
software applications engineering, Jeremy's
breadth of talent is far reaching. He
graduated with a Computer Science degree from
Sacramento State University in 2003.
Under
Jeremy's direction, our flagship product
Mortgage iQ has undergone major improvements and
innovations over the last 5 years in the areas
of efficient workflow, 3rd party integrations
and more. Jeremy is currently leading his
team with cutting edge web applications and
services that hold great promise for CRMnow and
our customers into the future.
KARYN KING, DIRECTOR
OF CLIENT SERVICES
Karyn King has been involved with Customer Support, Sales,
Sales Management and CRM since 1984. At the beginning of
her career she spent several years in the aerospace industry
at Rockwell International in the contracts division, working
on both the B1 program and the Space Shuttle contract. After
leaving aerospace for the high-tech sector, Karyn worked
her way up from a technical support representative to inside
sales, outside sales (major accounts), sales manager and
finally director of sales with two consecutive companies.
In addition, Karyn pioneered and managed a
Business Development Center; one of the first of its kind
in the consulting industry. She has held memberships in
many professional organizations including the Institute
for Professionals in Taxation, Miller Heiman (Strategic
Sales) and Women in Business.
Karyn currently oversees
Client Services with emphasis on Project Management and
Support Systems. Karyn holds a BA from Long Beach
State University.
